AHEAD Sports Group provides legal representation and consulting services for Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, including but not limited to:

• NIL deal negotiation and sourcing
• Legal compliance and regulatory support
• Contract review and negotiation
• NCAA rules and regulations guidance
• Tax planning and financial guidance
• Institutional support for schools and collectives

Our services are provided on a professional basis. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

• We will act as your legal representative for NIL-related matters
• All communications are subject to attorney-client privilege where applicable
• We will maintain confidentiality of your information
• Our representation is subject to applicable professional conduct rules

Our fee structure will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before commencement of services. Fees may include:

• Hourly rates for legal services
• Contingency fees for successful NIL deals
• Retainer fees for ongoing representation
• Expenses and costs related to your representation

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement.

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable NCAA rules and regulations
• Maintain eligibility requirements for your sport
• Disclose all NIL activities as required
• Pay fees and expenses as agreed
• Follow our legal advice and recommendations

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law or with your express written consent.

This includes information about your NIL activities, financial matters, and any other sensitive information shared during our representation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHEAD Sports Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the attorney-client relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• We will return all client files and property
• You will pay all outstanding fees and expenses
• Confidentiality obligations will continue
• We may withdraw from representation as permitted by law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where AHEAD Sports Group is licensed to practice law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the applicable state.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes to these Terms. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For existing clients, changes to these Terms will be governed by the terms of your individual service agreement.
